Is there anyways you can remove something from your mind besides hypnosis?
Of course, the first and best advice I can give you is to identify what it is in your mind that is bothering you, and ask yourself if it is crippling your ability to function normally, whether physically, mentally, emotionally or socially, on a regular basis. If this is true, you really should see a mental health professional, because you will need to get whatever it is in your head off of your chest and learn to deal/cope with it so you can achieve stability in your future. Mental health professionals are bound by law to keep your thoughts confidential, so don’t worry about being embarrassed or looking weak for talking to someone about your thoughts.
If you can function and you’re just wondering how to get over something that is in your head, well, I would say, if you’ve seen something that you think is so horrible you don’t want to remember, my advice is to try to look at the event in a different light. Try to make the negative that you’ve seen into a positive for your personal future actions. Say you were in a war zone and you saw a bunch of people get blown up around you. Well, a lot of people wouldn’t want to remember these things, but, you can see this and realize that senseless violence is a terrible thing and guide your life in a way that combats this; that’s an example of turning a negative event in your memory into positive action.
On the other hand, if you’ve done something wrong or something that you are ashamed of, the best way to fix what’s plauging your mind is to fix whatever it is you’ve done wrong. Whether it be by apologizing to someone, or giving back something taken (and don’t worry, I’m not accusing you of anything, just trying to answer your question broadly since you provided little details) unlawfully, etc. etc. etc. If you’re just ashamed of something that has only hurt yourself, then, realize what you’ve done or been a part of is not something you want to do again, and, turn it into a positive by learning from this lesson in your life.
The most important thing, when it comes to memories of good and bad and just and unjust and happy and sad, is to learn from them. If something is wrong or if you don’t agree with something, then the best thing you can do for yourself it to learn from it, never do it again, and view it as a lesson that has made you in to a better person.

Hypnosis is probably one of the most interesting things i have come by in my life so far. I first got interested in hypnosis at age 12 when my teacher mentioned that his Father was a dentist who used hypnosis to relive pain in his patients. eventually i got more interest in hypnosis, and now i am recording my hypnotic inductions and suggestions for all of you to enjoy.

To do this regression you must save all three video’s to your playlist so that they play continuously. Great with headphones but not essential. If this doesn’t work for you the first time then please try again. It usually works the second time for a lot of people. I have tried this myself and find it safe and enjoyable.
